What causes this issue?

The BOM browsers are controllable using user-specific parameters. Since
no settings exist for your user, you should create them now in order to
carry on working with the BOM browsers.

System Response

The system has recognized that there are no settings for the BOM
browser under your user name.

How to fix this error?

Choose the 'Settings for Explosion and Display (F7)' button to create
your required settings for your user name. You can change these
settings again at any time.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
