Conditional rate &1 is not admissible (interval meter, device, facts)

What causes this issue?

You can only use rates with the interval meters (RTP, TOU), device or
facts admissibility in the billing schema extension.
However, the basic rate &V1& in rate relationship group &V2& does not
have any of these admissibilities.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the admissibility of the rate used or use a different rate.
