Negative serial switching consumption in installation &1

What causes this issue?

A negative serial switching consumption value was determined at
installation &v1& in the period from &v2& to &v3&.

System Response

The system cancels billing.

How to fix this error?

Check and correct the meter reading results for the installations
concerned.
Please note that all consumption values for secondary installations
where installation &v1& is defined as the <DS:DE.HIGHLEVINST>
higher-level installation</> are deducted from the consumption value for
installation &v1&.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
