bgRFC System Config: No display authorization

What causes this issue?

You do not have authorization to display system-specific settings for NW
bgRFC.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You require an authorization for the authorization object S_BGRFC, with
activity '03' (display) and BGRFC_TYPE '9' or '10'.
