No authorization to edit scheduler settings for destination &1

What causes this issue?

You do not have authorization to edit destination-specific settings for
NW bgRFC for destination &1.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You require the authorization object S_BGRFC, with activity '02'
(Change) and type '13' (inbound) or '14' (outbound). The field
BGRFC_D_IN (inbound) or BGRFC_D_OU (outbound) must be set to &1.
