Not authorized to display bgRFC configuration (see long text)

What causes this issue?

You have no authorization to display system-specific settings for
inbound NW qRFC.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You require the authorization object S_BGRFC, with activity 03 (display)
and type 09.
