Task processor cannot be started, SDCCN is not activated (see longtext)

What causes this issue?

SDCCN has to be activated before the first usage. This activation fills
the necessary customizing tables. It has been detected that these
customizing tables are not filled, thus the background job for SDCCN
may not be scheduled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Activate SDCCN via menu "Utilities" -> "Activate". By this the
background job will automatically be scheduled.
