Activation of SDCCN background job failed

What causes this issue?

SDCCN has its own periodic background job, called 'Task processor'. The
technical name is '/BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR'. The creation of this job
failed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Start transaction SDCCN and create the background job via menu 'Goto'
-> 'Settings' -> 'Task Processor'.
