What causes this issue?

The logical system &V2& is entered as the maintenance system in model
view &V1&.

System Response

You can edit model view &V1& only in system &V2&.

How to fix this error?

Edit model view &V1& in maintenance system &V2& and distribute it from
here.
If you want to edit the model view in this system, change the
maintenance system assigned to this client to &V3&, in all the clients
that have a copy of this model view. Then edit the model view in this
system and distribute it from here.
