What causes this issue?

The system cannot calculate the return because one of the following
applies:
The price is a positive value, and all the flows are negative or zero.
The price is a negative value, and all the flows are positive or zero.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
