What causes this issue?

The end of residence duration has not been reached in database (&V1&) .

System Response

The data object cannot be archived until the residence duration is over.

How to fix this error?

You can use transaction IRMPOL to view or change the corresponding
residence rules.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
