What causes this issue?

For at least one of the archive files selected, a deletion or storage
job is already scheduled, or a deletion or storage job is currently
being executed.

System Response

No other deletion or storage jobs are scheduled by the system for these
archive files.

How to fix this error?

Wait for the job that is scheduled/running to finish before scheduling.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
