What causes this issue?

The archive file being sought is neither in the file system nor in an a
connected storage system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Ask your system manager to put the archive file being sought in the
file system.
