from another sytem and cannot be maintained here in this system.
However, you do have the authorization to maintain it here.

How to fix this error?

Only maintain the object in this system in exceptional cases and copy
the changes as soon as possible to the delivery system. Most probably
the data will soon be delivered from the other system and will
overwrite your changes.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
