Processing not possible - use Transaction SM58

What causes this issue?

communication errors cannot be processed with this Transaction - they
can only be displayed.
Entries in the tRFC queue can be processed with Transaction SM58.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
