Message type & cannot be sent with change pointers

What causes this issue?

You attempted to send message tyoe &V1&. Unfortunately you cannot
choose data for this message type using change pointers.

System Response

The system does not carry out the action.

How to fix this error?

If message type &V1& is for master data, it can be sent directly. If it
is for transaction data, the message tyoe is sent automatically via the
transaction.
