Reset selection of tax records is deselected

What causes this issue?

The first run of a specific VAT run , saves the documents in order to
improve the execution time for future runs .
The documents are taken from table BSET and in the first run they are
saved in table /atl/bset. When running again the program on the same VAT
run details the documents are taken from table /atl/bset and not from
BSET in order to get better performance (unless the checkbox "Reset Tax
records selection" is marked).
If the checkbox "Reset Tax records selection" is marked the documents
will be taken from table BSET although this is not the first time of
running the program on a specific VAT run.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
