The procedure for residence time determination is deactivated

What causes this issue?

In the Archiving Factory (transaction AR_FACTORY), the procedure for
determining the residence time was set to <ZK>No Resubmission</>. This
means that, in the analysis phase, the system does not select the
business objects based on the resubmission date.
