What causes this issue?

Only one INPUT/OUTPUT node was uniquely specified by item and row
number. The accompanying node of the pegging edge could not be uniquely
determined

It could be that the component that was not uniquely specified by the
item or row number is used more than once as an INPUT or OUTPUT node and
has the same requirement or availability date.

How to fix this error?

Specify the node/component uniquely using either the item or line
number. If you want to specify the component by using the field
<ZK>TIMESEQ_COUNTER</>, you must ensure that the component does not
exist more than once as a node for this requirement or availability
date.
