What causes this issue?

The FPM Text Tool supports only the following Floorplan Manager (FPM)
components: GUIBBs, UIBBs and Quickviews. The components must implement
one of the following interfaces:
<AB>IF_FPM_FLOORPLAN_COMP</>
<AB>IF_FPM_UI_BUILDING_BLOCK</>
<AB>IF_FPM_QUICKVIEW</>
No texts can be read and analyzed for configurations of other
components.
