What causes this issue?

You did not make any selections in the 'variant' or 'version' fields.
Normally it only makes sense to make a blanket reduction of plan values
for a given plan version.

System Response

The changes to plan values are made for all variants. This may cause a
longer runtime.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
