Document to be reversed (&1) cannot be found in file &2

What causes this issue?

Billing document &V1& was not found in file &v2&.
If the end of the billing period was before the key date &v3&, it is
possible that the document was already archived.
If this is not the case, there is an inconsistency.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
