What causes this issue?

You are defining an interface in a customer-specific namespace. For this
use of the SAP Application Interface Framework, you need to own the
full SAP Application Interface Framework license and have a certain
software component installed.

System Response

The system has restricted your use of SAP Application Inferface
Framework unless the software component AIFGEN will be installed.
You cannot save the current interface.

How to fix this error?

If you already own the full SAP Application Interface Framework license,
install the software component AIFGEN.
If you do not own the full SAP Application Interface Framework license
yet, purchase this license and install the software component AIFGEN.
