Object &1 &2 &3 mapped to &4 (does not exist)

What causes this issue?

The <zk>RFC Function Module Generator</> creates DDIC objects (domain,
data element, structure, or table type) for the function module?s
parameters.
During generation, the <zk>RFC Function Module Generator</> checks if an
original DDIC object was already mapped to a generated DDIC object
before. If this is the case, it also checks if the mapped DDIC object
exists. If the DDIC object does not exist, the function generator will
reuse the name of the mapped DDIC object and generate it again. This
happens, for example, when a DDIC object has been deleted.
