Table & is of type & (technical settings cannot be defined/displayed)

What causes this issue?

You are trying to maintain the <LS>Technical settings</> for a table of
type INTTAB, VIEW or UDM. This is not possible. Either these tables have
no counterpart in the database or <LS>Technical settings</> are not
meaningful for tables of this type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
