What causes this issue?

Based on the selection options entered for the company code, accrual
item type and ledger fields, the system checks whether you have the
authorization for the corresponding combination of these fields.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
