Cannot reverse QREP DPQS/tol. schedules for appl. ID &1, ver. &2

What causes this issue?

An error occurred in the reversal of the application. The error occurred
because of the deletion of the DPQS evaluated for the load and the
tolerance tier respected for the application from QRep.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
