Business domain &1 cannot be changed because of data basis &2

What causes this issue?

During activation it was attempted to change business domain &V1&. This
change is not permitted as data basis &V2& was already created for the
business domain and changing the business domain would cause an
inconsistency for this data basis.

System Response

Activating the component is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Undo the changes to the business domain or delete data basis &V2& first
if necessary and then repeat the activation activity.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
