What causes this issue?

The function module for copying the account allocation was called
incorrectly, due to one of the following:
You did not enter a chart of accounts to be copied.
You did not enter a new chart of accounts.
You entered identical charts of accounts (From = To).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
