What causes this issue?

While executing this table lookup, the system could not find an entry
for the specified source values in table &V2&.
This derivation step is defined so that an error message is displayed
when this occurs.
Table &V2& lacks entries for the following source values:
&V3&
&V4&

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make an entry in table &V2& for the specified source values.
If you do not want derivation to be performed in every instance, change
the derivation step so that no error message is displayed if no entry
exists.
