Asset class is not entered

What causes this issue?

In order for the system to determine the equipment category from an
asset, you have to enter the asset class of the asset. However, this
has not been done.

System Response

The determination is not possible.

How to fix this error?

Check the program interface. Usually the cause is a program error.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
