Maintain long text. The long text is an obligatory field

What causes this issue?

The long text is controlled as an obligatory field in the field status
group.

System Response

Data cannot be saved if the long text has not been maintained.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the corresponding long text. The function key F9 or the
menu entry 'LONG TEXT' under the menu heading environment enable you to
maintain the long text with the SAP text system.
The Asset System recognizes different long texts. The cursor is
positioned on the missing long text.
