What causes this issue?
The interest calculation start date &V1& has been changed. The interest
calculation start date is in a closed fiscal year. You cannot change
interest in closed fiscal years.
System Response
You can make this change. However, be aware of the following:
The interest calculation start date is decisive in determining interest.
However, you can only change this date in open fiscal years, that is as
of &V2&.
