What causes this issue?

Order &V1& does exist. However, it cannot be used as a maintenance work
order, a cost order or a capital spending order. The order has not been
classified in this category by the order type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter another order.
