Posting not possible (Area & manages no support measures)

What causes this issue?

According to the transaction type posting must be made to area &V1&.
The area does not manage investment support however.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the selected transaction type.
