Man.base val. update not allowed with ins.type & (Please correct)

What causes this issue?

Insurance type &V1& is a current market value insurance. Therefore. you
cannot manually update the base insurable value by entering the
insurance value and the manual maintenance year.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either remove the manual maintenance year and insurance value or
correct the insurance type.
