What causes this issue?

The following fields are checked in the document header (DFKKKO) by
means of the selection specifications of the archiving report.
Document number
Posting date = archiving key date - residence time of relevant document
type
Document category
In pure clearing/ statistical documents checks are carried out at value
1 or 2.
In miscellaneous documents checks are carried out at value SPACE.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
