What causes this issue?

Packaging without a material master record requires a key for the
<DS:DE.J_7LVRP>packaging number</>, which must be generated in the REA
component using the number range object &V1&.

System Response

If at least one interval is not defined in the number range object, no
packaging without material master record can be created.

How to fix this error?

<DS:TRAN.J7LN4>Define</> at least one interval in the number range
object &V1&.
