Version &1 cannot be used as progress version

What causes this issue?

You are trying to define a progress version for CO area &v2&. Version
&v1& is not intended to be used as progress version.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a version with exclusive use "earned value analysis". These
versions are shown in the F4 help.
