Absence quota type & is not allowed

What causes this issue?

You can only choose absence quotas that are generated automatically in
time evaluation using function <ZH>QUOTA</>. These quotas must be
indicated by assigning an appropriate generation attribute.

System Response

You are not allowed to enter the absence quota.

How to fix this error?

Check the quota type.
