Renewal date &2 results in a shorter contract term (line &1)

What causes this issue?

Renewal date &V2& (line &V1&) does not lie after the previous renewal
date &V3&. As a result, the "renewal" would cause the contract term to
be shortened or to remain the same.

System Response

A renewal date must always lie after the respective contract end date.

How to fix this error?

Change the renewal date accordingly, or delete it.
