Actual cost distribution on construction measure incomplete

What causes this issue?

You want to carry out a rent adjustment as a result of a construction
measure. There are two ways of determining how the total costs of the
work are distributed between the participating rental units.
Indirectly via an apportionment factor (such as "living area")
Directly by detailing the costs on the rental units
In this particular case you have entered an apportionment unit as well
as maintaining the cost distribution in the master data of the
construction measure.

System Response

The system takes account of the apportionment unit and ignores the cost
distribution details for the construction measure.

How to fix this error?

If you want to carry out the cost distribution according to the data
entered for the construction measure, leave the "apportionment unit"
field empty.
