What causes this issue?

No correspondence activity has been assigned to the current transaction
in Customizing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change to a different transaction or check the allocation via
<DS:SIMG.TRANSZUKORRESPONDENZ>Assign transaction/program to
correspondence activities</> and make any necessary changes.
