Encumbr.on real estate and objects have to be copied together

What causes this issue?

In order to avoid inconsistency in the dataset, encumbrances on real
estate can only be copied together with the objects since encumbrances
are linked to the objects in the mortgage loans area.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Additionally mark the field "Copy objects" or do not copy either
encumbrances on real estate or objects.
