Security class group is incomplete

What causes this issue?

The security class group cannot be deleted because it is incomplete.
This means that there is a security class in the system that is related
to one of the security classes in the security class group but that was
not selected.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This issue is avoided if all the security classes in the system are
selected. It is therefore generally recommended to run the write program
with an empty selection screen.
