What causes this issue?

You tried to carry out activity &v1& for object &v2&. The check
concluded that this is not possible. Because the message collector was
activated, the detailed error message was put into the global memory of
the message collector.

System Response

The error message cannot appear since the call programm works with the
message collector.

How to fix this error?

Inform your system administrator.
