What causes this issue?

The material &V1& in plant &V2& or in MRP area &V3& is not included in
automatic MRP because
either the MRP data for plant &V2& or MRP area &V3& has not been
created
or an MRP type has been entered for the material in plant &V2& or MRP
area &V3& that does not allow automatic MRP

How to fix this error?
