What causes this issue?
Prior to September 28th 2001, the MATB1 form can only be issued
fourteen weeks before the expected due date.
From September 28th 2001, the MATB1 form can be issued up to twenty
weeks before the expected due date.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
