Full Benefits Like Civil Servant indicator is not valid

What causes this issue?

You set the "Total Benefits like Civil Servants" indicator for an
infotype record whose start date lies before January 1, 2002 or after
December 31, 2004.
This indicator is only valid in the period from January 1, 2002 to
December 31, 2004.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the indicator.
