The search variant cannot be displayed.

What causes this issue?

Not all search tools support the display of a search variant. The
search variant you have chosen cannot be displayed for one of the
following reasons:
1. You did not specify any explicit search criteria (for example,
structure search).
2. The current search variant is made up of several individual searches
put together.
3. It is a "free search".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
